International Commercial Arbitration
Landrove is repeatedly involved in ad hoc or institutional arbitrations under most rules of international arbitration, including the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Swiss Chambers (Swiss Rules of International Arbitration), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association International (ICDR/AAA). Landrove also benefits from a significant exposure to foreign investment arbitration, notably through ad hoc and International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) cases.
